AI Base Prompt:

And here’s the AI base prompt I used in the video — just copy and paste it into your AI tool, upload your reference image, and add your scene prompt at the end.

Tip: Start with a strong reference image — that’s what makes the biggest difference in your final results.

(For example, I often use images from Publisher’s Vault and Cozy Creators Vault as my starting point.)

Base Prompt:

Use the provided characters as the exact style reference for character design, proportions, and line thickness. Match the same cute, simple, rounded shapes and bold, clean outlines.

Create a black-and-white coloring book illustration in this exact style.

Canvas & Composition Requirements:

• Canvas must be a perfect 1:1 square aspect ratio, suitable for 8.5" x 8.5" print size
• Composition should be centered and balanced within the square
• Add a thin black border with rounded corners around the entire illustration
• Ensure the artwork fills the space inside the border (no large empty gaps)

Style Requirements:

• Thick, bold, smooth outlines with consistent line weight throughout
• All lines must be solid black and clearly visible (no faint or light lines)
• All lines must be fully closed and connected (no gaps, breaks, or floating line segments)
• Use a single clean outline per edge (no sketch lines, no overlapping or double lines)
• No shading, no grayscale, no textures, no sketch marks
• Avoid tiny or intricate details; keep shapes large and simple for easy coloring
• Ensure clean intersections where lines meet (no messy joins or misaligned edges)

Output Quality Requirements:

• High-resolution, print-ready line art
• Crisp edges with no blurry or anti-aliased lines
• Even stroke thickness across the entire image

Clarity & Coloring Optimization

• Maintain clear spacing between all objects so each shape is easy to color
• Avoid awkward gaps where lines almost touch but do not connect
• Ensure all enclosed shapes are intentional and clearly defined
• Background elements should be simpler and slightly less prominent than main characters
• No overlapping elements that create confusing coloring regions
